Business Innovation Factory Seeks Design Researcher

The Business Innovation Factory is looking for an experienced design researcher for an upcoming project. The ideal candidate will have designed and conducted generative and evaluative human-centered research initiatives, translated insights into highly communicative narratives, and contributed to the development of new systems concepts and models.

Our Experience Labs require an iterative approach to research and design. Familiarity with the development of and/or participation in collaborative workshops will be particularly useful.

Work will be based at BIF Providence headquarters with possible travel to fieldwork locations in the continental US. This is a contract position with a duration of approximately 3-6 months.
